Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, each of KVN Software’s software solutions and each customer that purchases any product or service from KVN Software must agree to our terms and conditions and all such use and purchases are subject to and contingent upon your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions mentioned in our License agreement. Please note that unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, KVN Software reserves the right to amend, alter, modify or replace, from time to time, all or any portion of the terms and conditions set forth in its software. Violations & Complaints

As a provider of IBS ERP Solution and Implementation Support Services, KVN Software provides resources with the help of which our customers are able to implement our IBS ERP Solution. Please note that KVN Software is not responsible for the accuracy of the data fed into the IBS ERP System by the end user of the customers. We provide Training and Implementation Support on our IBS ERP System but cannot be responsible for the irregular and incorrect manner of usage of the IBS ERP system. We will attempt to respond to, investigate and resolve each complaint we receive from you.
